TrouveMonSaaS, the software comparison site for French SMEs

TrouveMonSaaS helps French SMEs choose their software: a catalogue of 688 tools across 22 categories, with comparisons, alternatives and guides built around the questions buyers actually ask. The site is in French.

The constraint: One person to build and run a catalogue of several hundred tools: listings, programmes, content and inbound requests had to run on pipelines, with a human check wherever an error would cost trust.

    How it ran

    1. A catalogue fed by an agent pipeline: new tools found, listings enriched and maintained, with checks before publication.
    2. 2,000+ pages designed around search intent: listings, comparisons, alternatives and guides.
    3. Guides written as precise, sourced answers to the questions buyers actually ask.
    4. An affiliate model designed end to end: 371 affiliate programmes mapped, publisher accounts with Impact, Awin, Rakuten Advertising, PartnerStack and Reditus, links built into the listings and every outbound click measured.
    5. Five automated jobs: finding programmes, applying and following up, drafting replies to inbound requests, maintaining the catalogue, preparing SEO content. Logs, alerts and human review wherever the impact is high.

    Outcome

    • 688 tools in 22 categories and 2,000+ pages online.
    • About ten inbound requests a week, all types combined: software vendors, potential partners and users.
    • Five automated jobs, each with its logs and alerts, and a human review where the impact is high.
    What carries over

An acquisition product built end to end: catalogue, search architecture, affiliate model and the automation that keeps it running.
